Hello all-
This is my first post on anything ever, LOL. Longtime Caprice owner 1988 9C1, 1995 Caprice, 2012 PPV. These cars are the most fun per buck and durable cars out there imho. My PPV was acquired about 6 years ago in NC from a friend of my son's. A couple of years later the infamous lifter issue arose and so during the pandemic I decided to do a complete overhaul. Machined the block- decked, honed, etc. New internals Pistons, etc. Heads were give new valve job and springs that came with the Comp Cam #54-453-11 cam. HV/HP oil pump with upgraded pick up tube flange/bolt, and timing tensioner, set and chain. 4 corner steam vents. ARP main studs, rod bolts, head bolts. cam bolts, balancer bolt. ATI balancer. Cold air intake, PACT 2800 stall, Shift improvement, kit from muffler delete and Sole "j" pipe axle back exhaust. Michelin 235/50/R18 Pilot sports and slotted rotors. Old school mechanical oil pressure gauge, because I like to see it... Dyno tuned to 419 RWHP so fun to drive! Thanks, Lee
