TCC lockup HELP

Hello! I have question relating my 13’ Caprice.
I recently had gotten a fresh rebuild for my 6l80, while doing so I added a Circle D converter. As well as a trans-go shift kit. I have added 10% pressure to the apply for the billet converters needs, as well as zeroed out the slip tables.
My problem is in the gears I am allowing TC Lock up, it’s constantly hunting/applying releasing the second it gets into the set mph range. I have tried upping the MPH range as I was told the torque table may need to see more in order to lock but no still ZERO luck.
I have contacted a few local shops that are not willing to give out the information I need. As they want the business…understandable. Luckily they pointed me in the right direction stating there is an answer for me somewhere here in this forum.
The little info he gave me was it’s in a location I would never presume. Also stating the chance of there being an underlining miss fire that isn’t flashing a code is high. I was told the solution is all trial and error, but doing what exactly?!?
I unfortunately do not have a log to post. I do not intend to drive any more, assuming that’s putting the TCC under a lot of strain hunting like that. I am almost certain the converter itself is mechanically fine, as I can command a lock up and it will do so very smoothly.
I really appreciate any info y’all may have for me, please let me know if any other info is needed from me!!
