New Member in Phoenix AZ
Hello out there... sorry, no pics as i have no appropriate car yet. I just discovered this site a few days ago and have read quite a bit of it already. There aren't many of these in my area, I don't think I have ever seen one in any kind of service here. I was leaning toward the earlier series because of hydraulic steering... is the electric steering a significant factor?

i perfer the hyd ps system , the elec to me lacks road feel , and ive got both the 14 caprice and 16 SS , the racks arent cheap , and have had alot of issues

I know that the Marana PD has Caprice's.
I'm not sure what years, and I don't know if they're getting rid of them yet.
