What do I need to set up a LOUD horn?

I have this gizmo under the LF fender:

I have not completely traced the harness yet, but it heads through the firewall ahead of the driver's seat. What I would like to do is set it up to work like as an electric air horn. What bits and pieces do I need?

It would be useful around here due to the incredible skills of some drivers these days.

So you want what is called the "air horn". What you have is basically just a "speaker". You would need the box that goes with it that makes the sound, which was likely removed along with the rest of the police equipment. That box normally also includes siren sounds and would likely be illegal to have. In fact, even just using the air horn sound could be illegal since it could be considered as an emergency vehicle attributed sound.

You would have to do some research and check with your DOT if it's legal to have.
