Small file system update

Hi everyone,

So we can assist owners with functional questions on add-on or upgraded Holden hardware, I've added a copy of the 2017 WN Caprice owners manual to the file section. After upgrades, items such as the stereo system are not fully explained in the PPV manual where they are in the SS and the AU manuals. We don't have either the 16 or 17 PPV manual electronically (yet!), but hopefully the Holden book will explain things that were left out of the PPV manuals. The 2015 PPV owners manual will work for 99.5% of questions we get on the 2016 & 2017 cars.
