Forum rules
Listings acceptable to post in this section are Caprice PPV's for sale by individuals, government entities (I.E. direct sale/auction/sealed bids), and the occasional car for sale on dealer lots (trade-in's for example) that do not normally sell Caprices. EBAY/Craigslist/auction site ads are OK for the above as well. Please do not post third party ads for cars on behalf of dealers that routinely sell used PPV's as part of their primary business. Listings by members with under five forum posts may be removed without notice, please check with a moderator if you have questions. SPECIAL NOTE - We have no role or liability in any transactions other then to provide a venue to advertise the items. At least one of them has a US Government "G 10" front license plate... Federal cars?

If they have the fed plates these are probably the Port of Savanna cars so yes low mileage but I would check idle hours they could be very high.

I believe that is a Federal Government Tag. Broke it down, G10 prefix on the tag according to GSA Fleet is designated as "Interagency motor pool" with the 10 being a generic car size code, usually mid-body type cars.

SO... if it is a Federal car it would not be Georgia Ports as they would have State of Georgia tags if any. I quick browsed the GSA Fleet website and nothing was found there. It's not the correct scheme for CBP unless the cars have been repainted.

Still a real mystery here folks!

Not sure how accurate a VIN lookup, but I searched for '2013 Caprice (VIN number)', and many showed up being from/at either Chicago Motors or Asia Motors. None of the pictures from those resellers had a light bar on them. They were all in the $18995 range.

VIN numbers searched for:
6G1MK5R24DL820417
6G1MK5R20DL820415
6G1MK5R21DL820424
Gene Beaird,
Pearland, Texas
2012 Caprice 9C1
1992 B4C 1LE Camaro
2018 Tahoe PPV (her car)
1995 DGGM Impala SS
1985 Firebird - 310 LS1 C Prepared autocross car.
1980 Bluebird Wanderlodge
And some others

Hmmmmm..... Well, these cars could possibly be already sold based on this. The "future listing" button, although displayed, does seem to be grayed out. I searched for the VIN with the suffix of "22" and didn't get anything. Wouldn't be the first auction site that continued to carry listings for the long departed. Each of these sites seem to have their own quirks. Figuring them out is the interesting part!

Well, perhaps like the man on the speaker said - "THIS HAS BEEN A DRILL!"
