2013 caprice goes into false neutral at a stop

I have a 2013 caprice with 6.0 engine and when I come to a stop the trans will act like it went into neutral then back into gear.

The fluid level is good trans is stock except for shift tune in it engine stock except for tune and otr intake I have put 30k miles on it with the tunes so I know it's not that. My mechanic is leaning toward the tcm being bad but we don't want to just throw parts at it that it don't need.

Anyone else run I to this issue I'd so what was the fix

When you stomp on it there is no slipping it droves fine other than the false neutral at a stop

Does it feel like as you're coming to a stop you're getting rear ended? I had that. My trans tune was garbage. The tuner had jacked up everything to the max. I returned it to the stock tune except for the torque converter, which engages at 100% only in 5th and 6th gears. Problem solved.

Not really don't really notice anything till you stop
I've had this tune in for a while now and this issue just started I have put over 25k on the car since I had the tune done

Although it's going to be tough for you to figure out without previous 6L80E experience, the answer is probably in logging your pressure taps while it's doing it. If it does it reliably, you should probably be able to see what's up.
