Headlight dust caps

Hey all, looking for these two dust caps, I found one on eBay (apparently shared part with Mercedes, Audi) but can't find the large one.

small cap Hella 147-354-00 (eBay for $20)
large cap Hella 179844-00

Appreciate any help!

Just to close the loop for others searching:

Thanks to @misanthrope for posting the Mercedes p/n 15822200 for the large dust cap.

I was able to also find the small dust cap on eBay, also Mercedes application but uses the same p/n as our Caprice = 147-354-00

Thanks for that. I've got a spare headlight that is full of junk from running without the caps. I replaced it with a nice one, but it would be nice to clean this one up (if I can get it apart) and have a spare. My plan was to measure and print a set, but it's better to find the right ones.
