2014 Caprice 3.6L Radiator

My PPV is in storage at the moment, so I am unable to go outside to look.

Would someone answer these questions, please?

1- where is the petcock for draining the radiator? driver/passenger side? Bottom, or side tank? Easy to access?

2- how much coolant is in the radiator? for example: if I captured the old coolant, how many quarts would there be?

Bottom of the lower tank, i want to say that it's an allen head should hold 2 gallons or so
