Sport - Traction - Park Grange Switch
Sport - Traction - Park Grange Switch
Would anyone know where I can get the harness plug pin configuration for this switch. It's a WM Grange and uses the same 8 pin plug as the caprice and g8. I'm hoping to use the Park button to control the trunk while and the rest the spot and traction control in my 9C1 center console install.

Re: Sport - Traction - Park Grange Switch
If Crazy Paul is around and not busy maybe he can pull the switch diagram for you out his Holden docs.... might try email'ing him. His email is "crazypaul@iinet.net.au".
The other sources would be the Commodore forums down in Australia and carmodder.com, both good Holden sites. Links to both in our links section. If you want to buy a subscription to the GM on-line system it's like 24 hours of access for a small fee, somewhere on here there's instructions on how to access that CP posted previously. You should be able to get the manual section in there with the pin-out (again, for a fee of some kind...).

Any luck with this? I have the same switch and am trying to do the same thing.
Re: Sport - Traction - Park Grange Switch
Post up a picture of the back connector area, I think the ones I have fit those.

Ah yea that I do not know. Never seen a pinout for that one.
Re: Sport - Traction - Park Grange Switch
Spoke too soon. I think this is it but what the heck is tow/haul mode? Wonder if they make a similar one for the Ute's??
And cavity 1 and 8 are labeled on the back of the connector.
Just might have to get one of your kids with good eyes to read it! LOL

TOW HAUL is a truck thing , changes the transmissions algorithm so its suited better for towing a heavier loadsmwalker wrote: ↑Sun Jul 18, 2021 11:48 pm Spoke too soon. I think this is it but what the heck is tow/haul mode? Wonder if they make a similar one for the Ute's??
