I have a 2013 9c1 for sale(not runing)

Post by MaiAoSi »

Hi fellows,

I have a 2013 9c1, the l77 motor has about 120k miles on it and it currently has a leaking valve. I really didn't have time to open the whole engine to check out and I won't be able to in the near future. Just wondering where should I post to sell it fast? The ideal price would be somewhere between 3500-4500$. The car is currently at a mechanic's parking lot as they refused to do engine works other than 4-bangers.

Believing it to be an easy fix I originally planned to do it myself, after reviewed a copy of SOP provided by GM for engine disassmbly for L77. But ever since the whole Covid thing started my daily workload has increased to more than 10 hours a day including weekend. I really don't want to spend a few grand to a mechanic as the car only worth a few grand even with a running engine. Plus I already got a newer sedan so there's no point for me to keep 2 sedans at home.

Other than the bad engine there are "reasonable' holes on the roof, 2 small crack on the front bumper cover that were caused by push bar, and a baseball sized dent next to the grille part of the hood.

All the rest of the car functions in normal condition, the car comes with a VCM OTR intake, pair of front CTSV brembo. 2 tires in fair condition and other 2 was rather new. (Eagle sport by Goodyear). I'll also include a huge box of maintenance consumables such as brake fluid, dozen of oem tranny fluid & differencial fluid...

I'll try post some pictures later.
