PPV at ISSCA National Gathering

The Impala SS Clubs of America (ISSCA) will be conducting it's annual gathering in the Charlotte/Concord area in August. CariSSma, the hosting organization, posted on Facebook and elsewhere, to put the word out about the eligibility of the Caprice PPV to participate in all of the competitive events. Several forum & ISSCA members have asked the Board if we will be allowing PPV's for ths years event. After a unamimous decision, ISSCA is happy to announce that for the 2013 Nationals we have established an exhibition class for the Caprice PPV (PPV).

The PPV's and Owners will be eligible to compete for awards in all events as detailed below:

Car Show - a single class has been established. All competition registered PPV's will complete in this class regardless of mileage or modifications.

Road Rally - a single class has been established. All competition registered PPV's will complete in this class regardless of mileage or modifications.

AutoCross - a single class has been established. All competition registered PPV's will complete in this class regardless of mileage or modifications.

Drag Race - the PPV will be able to compete alongside the Impala SS in the existing Super Sport (bracket) , Super Natural (heads up) and Super Pro (heads up) classes.

Current ISSCA members will be allowed to enter their PPV, if desired.
Non-ISSCA members will be required to join ISSCA and register for the Nationals to participate.

After the completion of the Nationals, the ISSCA BOD will survey all participants and the general membership to discuss the inclusion of the Caprice PPV as part of the general membership. Amendments to the club charter will be made as appropriate at that time.

With that being said I hope to see many of them there. Lets get signed up as the Nationals will be here sooner than you think.
