the dome is transparent , its just smoked , not clear like the windows
the sensor is listed from 2010 to 2020 , and used in alot of vehicles

Side question.... On the light sensor dome there is a little divot and circle inside of it. Is that suppose to face the driver or the windshield?

Yep, I checked mine yesterday and I was mistaken, it's doing the R2D2 thing. I must have been getting it confused with the old sensor from the 08 GMC Sierra I sold last year... just goes to show you I'm not immune from extended blond moments!
