New Pictures

Post by bkwagonss »

I put the Camaro wheels on today.
After I got the car back from the paint shop the other day I installed the Holden side markers.
I got a new rear Chevy Bowtie off of a Malibu. The body shop manager had an extra one and gave it to me. It's the new style that kindof looks like a reflector.
We walked around the lot and didn't see any new cars with one that will match the size of our front one. (Boy that new Impala is nice, too bad it's $40,000).
Still have to install the fog lights.

What are the tire sizes you used?

What did you do with the door handles--not black....?

Tire sizes are stock Camaro sizes.
I think they are 245/45-20 front 275/40-20 rear.
They are about an inch higher than the stock Caprice tires.

The door handles have chrome covers on them.
Got them off of Ebay.

Wow! That looks awesome, nice job. Didn't paint the mirror caps though?

You car looks really good! BTW are you still running stock mufflers? The SLP-style tips would really give a little extra to the rear I think and complement everything you've already done... :) plus the new headers will help.... grin

BTW, I'm finally going to take the plunge and do the WM spoiler, I e-mailed CP today for shipped pricing. Think it'd help my rear look a bit....

Top effort, I like it!

Was it easy wiring up the side indicators?

Very nice!

I email CP, too... about a few other things...

I agree, the SLP tips would look good, or the Flowmaster 15389 / 15390 tips... or these I saw on Amazon.com

Looks great. No wonder your car doesn't have a huge fender gap like mine did before I lowered it. How far off is your speedo? I need to get my rear fenders rolled because the 9" Camaro rears are a bit too wide. My tire rubs if I hit a hard bump.

Did you wire up your repeaters?

By the way, where did you take the photos? I love the flying saucer house in the background! :-)
