Subframe Replacement

Post by bullitt773 » Tue Aug 22, 2023 8:24 pm

While attempting to replace a broken engine mount, my mechanic told me I need to replace the subframe since it was too rusty. Anyone have experience with locating one, cross-references, other models that will work, etc?
Thanks!

I believe 2010-2015 Camaro cradles (front and rear) work. I believe the rear (Camaro) will have electronic parking brakes. Folks have been able to work around this and use existing Caprice hardware on the Camaro rear cradle.

Hi Bullitt,

Not sure where you are located. There is one listed on Marketplace in central PA from a 2014. I have bought from this guy in the past - he is a reasonable person.

Hope this helps,

Thanks. Looks like the 2014 and 2013 aren't compatible. I appreciate it!
