6.0 oil pan removal

Post by bluethunder » Sun May 28, 2023 6:35 pm

In the middle of my DOD removal and cant seem to free up the oil pan. been Under the car numerous times to check to see if I left a bolt in place .Seems that I have them all out .Is it possible that it could be stuck ? anyone else had an issue like this ?

Thanks

There's usually some RTV in the corners of the pan, so it's not unusual to have to free them up. Be careful if you pry on anything. It's all aluminum and easily scored.
