Just about everything we have is on a battery tender. We have 3 each 4-port units, a 2-port and a single-port one, so I'm very enamored with the Battery Tenders.

So how do you hook them up with dual batteries in the trunk?

That's adjustable, no matter what the ride height.

Ours will go VERY quiet if I adjust the volume with the steering wheel controls, and the front passenger messes with the volume knob on the dash. Unfortunately, that's usually what happens to them. I think Chris-HT got lucky and caught one that was about to all off, but that's rare.
