Thanks again man!smwalker wrote:What you find behind the glove box will determine inf you need that part. You would only need it if they completely removed he upfitter harness from the car. Most times they just cut it to disconnect things and leave the harness in tact.

Thanks, but I was mainly thinking of the actual audio signal to send to an amp. So it got input from the head unit.

Re: Radio - USB connection...
Can anyone tell me if the radio has a remote signal wire (usually blue with a white line) for the purpose of adding rear deck speakers or an amp? And if so, does one of these signal wires run to the rear (trunk) of the vehicle at all?

Re: LED Bulbs
It seems CANBUS LED bulbs do not work for this car. I have successfully wired in a resistor and so far have 1 LED taillight/signal (ran out of time). With an "error free" bulb in the front, it still caused hyperflash. I'm going to figure out how to make resistors work with the front bulbs ...

Re: Kerr Equipment - Wigwag Module
So I've received the Soundoff module, and it plugs in line under the hood. I am planning to drop the glovebox shortly and take some pictures for you. Reading some info about the police wiring, do I need this GM (95710161) connector at all? Or would it benefit me? I have the empty connector mounted t...

Re: Deep Pan Transmission Modification
Thanks! You'll be fine. My car is lowered 2" in the rear and 2 1/8" in the front and there's tons of ground clearance. More than any lowered vehicle I have ever owned. I can measure it if you want. The Camaro trans pan is not even the lowest part.

Re: Deep Pan Transmission Modification
I am also going to install the deep pan and fill with Amsoil Dexron VI rated fluid, (probably next week) however the clearance issue does concern me a bit. I am also going to use the Lexar dipstick, currently $109 on Ebay. Smwalker, have you or anyone else fabricated a skid plate or something simila...

Re: Sneek Peak at the new look for my PPV soon to be called
Man I like that hood ! Nice . I agree, definitely a smexy hood. Is it a functional ram air or just for aesthetic purposes? If it's functional, does someone make it or is it custom? I would love to do something like this to mine, as even with super coolant she runs a bit hotter than I'd like. Overal...

Re: Kerr Equipment - Wigwag Module
If you do not plan on adding more stuff under the hood remove the two gray wires and plug up the hole in the firewall, that is a documented source for water leaks. Cant make out the p;ug of the up fitters harness in your pics. Get the glove box out and you should see it. Okay for sure, I saw those ...

Re: installing 2015-2017 SS rear sway bar on the PPV
Is this exclusively for performance application or simply for enthusiasts that want a heavier duty set? I would also be interested in a set for around 40. I just skimmed over the first page, how much modification has to be made? I have a 13.
