Looking at this thread again, I noticed that the last Caprice has a 6.2L LS3. Hmmmm... did they have plans for this? Just port over the 6.2 from the SS into the Cap? I guess we'll never know

That looks pretty wet but not fuel washed. Do compare to other cylinders. At first glance, I would call a non-firing injector. Check that spark is working.

Did you confirm that coil #4 actually fires? What about injector #4? Could just be a broken wire to either. Try to get an endoscope in the spark plug hole. If the piston is wet and clean, I'd suspect no spark. If it's dry and dirty, no fuel. It will also give you a chance to look at the valves.

You didn't indicate what year your Cap is. If a 2011-13, that's pretty much a no as the hubs on those are specific to the Cap and the G8 only. And checking on 2014-17, that would also be a no as those hubs are specific to the Cap and the SS only. Even though some dimensions may be the same, there mi...
