Re: Hello from South Suburban Chicago
Welcome! I remember years back that the Chicago Holdens forum was pretty active, did it fall by the wayside?
Prices are up on everything these days, would surprise me if they keep climbing....
Thanks

2016 Caprice w/L77 - 5K miles!! Renton, WA
OK folks, I ran into this one browsing AutoTrader and couldn't resist posting it. Good Chevrolet in Renton, WA is selling a used 2016 in White, L77 car, with 5,125 miles! It has some paint damage on the nose cap and cutouts for a push bumper that was pulled off, but other then that it's unremarkable...

Possibility our forum & website services may temporarily suspend
Hi folks, This is a remote possibility, but on the side of caution I'm posting it. It's time once again for our New Caprice SSL certificate renewal. We're reminded our webhost this needs to be executed as around 2 PM EDT today it expires. Well, due to our Cloudflare use all renewals have to be execu...

Re: Headliner Replacement Recommendations
Oh agreed, the OEM headliner material is done with it's adhesive properties. But it still looks OK if you re-spread it & use small paper staples to get it back on the backer board temporarily. The board will be rendered clean when the headliner shop goes to re-use it for new material. Driving wi...

Re: Headliner Replacement Recommendations
Temporarily you can use the Swingline Suspension Method to keep your existing fabric up and out of your hair. The old backer board doesn't care about a few microscopic holes. My headliner has finally started to give up attachment in the hot Florida sun, so I'm doing this for the time being until I g...

Re: 2016 SS rear seat swap
Interesting about the tabs on your rear seat. My 2015 has a G8 GT rear seat and the bottom tabs engaged, everything fitted as it should, the passthrough works. The only gripe I have with the G8 rear seat is that the frame around the center section release button embrittles VERY easily and chunks of ...
