Geez. You would have thought they would have at LEAST tried to clean some of the dirt/mud out of the car before taking pictures of it....

Re: 6.0 engine pull tips/tricks?
Is anyone aware of a "tutorial", or a youtube video that goes in depth of what needs to be done to pull the engine and transmission?
Wouldn't have to be specific to the PPV, probably a Camaro, Chevy SS or other LS style car.
Thanks

2015 PPV Parts -Arizona
I've got a few things that I need to let go. Stock Front and Rear Seats in pretty good shape. Stock Mufflers. I know, who would want stock mufflers Door Panels. The drivers door has a little "de-lamination" on the armrest, but not bad. The rest are in good shape. Eventually, there will be ...

Re: Differential Mileage
I guess I should have clarified.....
I'm looking for a CAMARO 3.27 or 3.45 LSD unit.....
I have a just fine 2.92 OEM diff that's screaming to be upgraded....
I DID find a complete SS rear cradle with the 3.27, but as I understand it, it's the smaller/same size as the PPV.

Differential Mileage
So, when shopping the "USED" Junkyard market, how many miles is too many miles for a used differential? I know that most of these are well maintained, never abused, only driven to church on Sunday units..... HA HA HA HA..... Just looking for thoughts...... And, if I were to buy a higher mi...

Re: 6.0 engine pull tips/tricks?
I'm looking for a bit of advice on this. I just ordered the DOD Delete kit and a Cam. As part of that process, I'm going to replace the Stock Torque Converter with the GM ZL-1/CTS-V Converter that I just got. Looking at the YouTube videos on dropping the tranny, to me, it looks like if I am going to...

Re: Easier/cheaper way to fix a collapsed DOD/AFM lifter
I was thinking I'd do this as a "SHORT TERM" fix while I ordered my DOD delete kit..... But, it looks like the amount of work to get to the Lifter Release, then put things back together, only to tear it back down again in a week or two just doesn't seem worth it.... Of course, now I'm at t...

Re: Easier/cheaper way to fix a collapsed DOD/AFM lifter
I'm bringing an OLD thread back to life..... I did see the video mentioned in the first post, and I'm wondering if anyone HERE has actually done this? I'm thinking of doing this for short term, until I firm up either the DOD Delete, or, a whole engine build.... The time to pull the intake, and eithe...

Re: New Member in Phoenix AZ
I know that the Marana PD has Caprice's.
I'm not sure what years, and I don't know if they're getting rid of them yet.
Craig's list, Autotrader, and good luck!
