Go on one of the GM online parts suppliers look up a front spring for A V6 car and then one for A V8 car see if the part numbers are the same That should answer your question

This happened to me on numerous occasions I would just make sure the battery is fully charged maybe disconnect the battery for a few minutes and try again mine always seem to come back

suggestion : I would stay away from Mogg on this part i used them and they went bad in 6 months stick to OEM

I had a similar issue with the high idle with the compressor engage but I had an air conditioning problem which was there was a blockage in the condenser. This is probably very obvious but I would make sure the air conditioning has the correct amount of refrigerant in it and is functioning correctly...

I agree with the idea the pressure sensor may be faulty especially if the car was maintained as well you say it has. I just sold my v-6 car with 258,000 miles on it and had no oil pressure issues
