A ways back, a guy on one of the Facebook pages used a guitar knob, it actually didn't look that bad lol. Might try that, at least for a temporary fix.

Yep, there's a few types of smaller knobs that will fit on that spline for a temporary. Also.... if these knobs are truly NLA, I wonder if the knobs could be 3D printed? We had a few members here that have or had connections to do printing....
