Old article back from 2009 someone drug up out of the dustbin. Might have been computer generated looking at some of the verbiage....
System Manager and your tour guide for the day. 2015 Caprice w/LFX, former NC DPS staff car. Partial hybrid G8/SS/Camaro SS interior mods, SS MyLink radio upgrade, 2016 Camaro V6 rims, GMPP Malibu chrome exhaust tips, otherwise bone stock for now.

Also,
The LS design has roots to the 3800 series II designs. The 6 bolt cross drilled mains, the conical valve springs, rocker arm design, oil pump design. Way back when we would use the LS6 valve spring and retainer to "add" 0.10" of installed height for an aftermarket cam in the L67 3800 SC engines.
