Here's a 2013 Panda Caprice 9C1 LFX, 58K miles in Canoga Park, CA, dual-spotlight special. This car was apparently used (at least for a while) by SoCal police agency volunteers AND it's low miles, so chances could be this one was not ridden very hard - my guess was this was a take-home car for the first part of it's life then the volunteers got it. Radio knobs are off and there are a few body dings. This is at a smaller dealership, listed at $8,500 plus junk fees. This would probably be a decent DD - and it's got plenty of life on it with these low miles.
