Wet Drivers Floorboard

Post by BigBen 6.0 »

Started about 2 months ago noticing water on top of the rubber floor, turns out it was in the foam underneath too. Found the drip but don't know what it is or how to fix. Anyone run into this?

Boot might be torn on the condensate drain fitting. May have been damaged when they built the car or someone replaced evaporator or heater core. I don’t know if they can easily be replaced. Could be a cracked nipple that comes out of the case. Drain could be plugged. Do you have condensate dripping off of the transmission on the drivers side?

I thought that may be the condensate drain but I wasn't sure. I will have to check under the car after the drive home.
