Hey guys , just picked up my 2012 PPV. 88k miles, 3.27 gears. I had a modded G8 before and im looking forward to building the caprice.

So far I mailed out the headunit to chris to enable the Bluetooth and usb. Im still not sure what to do with the center console, souring a G8 console seems like a pricy swap.
I also Ordered eibach springs, and im considering some CTS-V wheels ?
I also acquired a g8 spoiler but it needs paint.

It also seems like it needs inner tie rods, ordered those. Hopefully the rack is ok...

I look forward to modding this thing, full bolt ons and a cam and DOD will be on the list for the winter / spring if funds allow.

Im really curious about the Fuel system in this thing, since its e85 capable. I assume it has larger injectors and a better fuel pump then the G8 had? Does anyone know the details? :D

How much of a pain was it to tear apart the dash to get the radio out?

Been thinking about doing that lately but......

Well it wasn't difficult.
But I did break the antenna plug on the left side of the unit. It's really fragile, once Chris programmes the Bluetooth and USB I won't care since I don't listen to fm/am radio anyways.

Otherwise taking apart the dash isn't bad

Nice to know the G8 spoiler fits. Those are much more common than the Holden Caprice spoiler, and can probably be had for less.
