While we were coming home from the gun shop this afternoon, we pulled up beside a 9C1. Black, with tinted windows and a spot. Texas License plate started with DSM. This was on Highway 3 in front of Ellington Field. We were in the white Tahoe PPV!
Anyone on this list? It's not often we see _any_ Caprices here, even in service. This one was obviously a civi.
