Sound Off Caprice Head Light Flashers
If anyone is looking for a new WigWag Module, a company called LSH Lights (lshlights.com) has 4 of them in their Red Tag Specials for $45 each including shipping. These are the plug and play modules that KERR originally used in our cars. Part No. ETHFSS-CP

Re: Sound Off Caprice Head Light Flashers
Do you need some sort of switch to activate the flasher?
It says plug and play
I put it on but how do they turn on?

Re: Sound Off Caprice Head Light Flashers
Yes it requires a switch the plug in part is just the piece he is referring to goes up front by passenger side headlight then requires a connection of two wires to a on/off toggle. Many threads already on how to install.
Re: Sound Off Caprice Head Light Flashers
1RBaja, you should already have a wire pre-wired to activate them. All you need to do is find the wire in the interior compartment up-fitters harness and send 12 volts to it through a switch and they will activate.
And while that's a good deal for a new module you could probably get one cheaper from anyone parting out a PPV. But they are not Bendin ya over or anything. Buy it up we can walk you through hooking it up.

Re: Sound Off Caprice Head Light Flashers
Awesome thanks
Where can I find the up fitter harness?
Is it under center console?

Re: Sound Off Caprice Head Light Flashers
If you have a 11-13, the upfitter harness came tucked up behind the glove box. It may also be tucked under the floor mat by the upfitter. There should be a dark green with a red tracer that should do the job of controlling the wig-wag module. Just need a switch to send power to the green w/red tracer. It is a small gauge wire.

Re: Sound Off Caprice Head Light Flashers
I would gamble the 14 has the same color wire and is in the same area. I have pulled the LEO equipment wiring out on several 11-13’s, never a 14.
Re: Sound Off Caprice Head Light Flashers
On the 14 + the upfitters options harness harness comes out from the front of the center console. The AUX power harness comes in from the back of the center console. Looks like you are looking for a solid green wire to apply 12 volts to.
