Awesome gains! Thanks for sharing!
Other than finding and fixing a leak, I was planning to leave my exhaust alone. Guess you just screwed that up for me.

These things are insanely-sensitive to ANY exhaust leak, ANYWHERE!! I've cobbled something together to fix the exhaust leak on our '12 that I'm not proud to display, but happy there's no longer a CEL in the dash, and the thing passes inspection.

Be very careful how you proceed.

Finally finished my console project, kinda. After receiving the wiring kit from Steve, I was able to wire up the trunk release, traction control and the TUTD however the TUTD isn't working. Wonder if I wired it wrong in the BCM. Something I'll write up in a separate thread.

Yeah, that 9c3 shifter bezel is lighter than all the others in the car but I'm not gonna complain. Still better than that awful 9c1 console.

Edit: I think I know what I did. I put the wire in the BCM in the wrong spot, looking at it from the back instead of the front. Should have been 3 over from the other side. (see red wire)

Got TUTD working. Put it in spot 19 instead of 20. Couldn't get it out and the wire broke. Had to go to the u-pull yard to get a connector from an Impala. It takes a bit of force using a pin in the front of the connector. You can see the connector without the wire next to the light brown wire I used in the proper position.

Nice! Glad it was something simple. I have to still install my wiring when I have some free time.

Console looks good, was one of my favorite mods on my car.

That looks nice! I know they make handy tools for removing connectors from their plastic plugs for the old-style spade connectors and Weatherpack. I'd bet there are similar tools for those 'mini-spade' connectors. I haven't looked, but would bet there is one. If you're going to be moving wiring around, that might be a worthwhile addition to your tool box. I wonder if Steve knows of such a tool?

If they don't, I wonder if something like a photo-etch saw blade with the teeth ground off in an Xacto blade handle would do the job? It would still be fairly stiff, even when cut down to slot into the connector housing.

An 09 since that's the only year that was available in Canada but 08 and 09 are the same. I do know it was from a V6 car but that again is the same as the V8 automatic.

I have a small punch I ground down for just such occasions.

Moose man just read through your build. Any plans to continue with the DOD delete and cam upgrade?

Someday. I have DOD turned off through the tune so at least it won't puke on me. Have other projects for now. Still have to install those Brembos.
