Car came from Penn Hills, PA. Looks like it went to surplus sealed bid in December, they got rid of these 5 cars....

I'm not sure what you mean by this. I didn't order the vehicle. I would buy the one I posted if I had a place to store it, but I don't want to pay for a storage unit to let it sit forever. I was hoping somebody on this site would buy it, just so it goes to somebody that'll hopefully maintain the condition that beauty is in.

All of the cars after the 2013 Model Year were 9C1 only. But you could order the interior carpet, full wheel covers, no spotlight, etc. I'm just saying that the original person or department that ordered this did a good job. It is a unicorn and the low miles make it a great find.

I did just a little more casual research and it turns out in that department all the road patrol guys got Impalas and the detectives all had Caprices. So, yeah they went out of their way to spec out as nice of a car as they could. I'm betting the 2012 and 2013 cars were 9C3's.
EDIT - found the 2012 on Craigslist, sure enough - clean 9C3.
