F/S 2012 Caprice PPV 9c3 detective

I bought this car about a year ago from a Delaware auction this car has no holes outside and inside the car was never in service this was my daily driver up the unit I found a 17 that I could not let it pass me so this 12 has to go
Upgrades
ss wheels and springs
Full g8 interior
G8 leather steering wheel
Holden radio with backup camera and blacked-out trim
Dod tuned out with mild tune
Car has 85 k miles and about 2500 i idle hours no issues runs great
Only thing it will need is a new headliner
Car is located in long island ny

$16950 and negotiable can also remove SS wheels and put stock ones on can negotiate the price
