Hey all!

Just putting out feelers on selling my 2012 Caprice. It's my daily and love it, but I have too many cars and a 2-mile commute...I have to make some cuts.

Overall, this car is solid. It was a Nevada Highway patrol car that I bought off a trooper (who bought it at auction). I've had it since Feb 2020, and I have put about 30k on it in that time. I flew to Reno to drive it home to Texas, and I have driven to and from Minnesota several times....this car runs great and doesn't use a drop of oil or leak anything. I would have no hesitation about loading the family up and driving cross country at any time.

The paint has wear, scratches and you can subtly make out "highway patrol" and "state trooper" if you really try. The only thing I haven't gotten around to "fixing" is the terrible old window tint...it needs to be peeled and redone.

I thought I would give this group first dibs as y'all have given me so much info these last couple of years. I would like to get $12,000, but let's talk!

As much as it goes against the "getting rid of cars" thing....open to trades for vintage 4x4s (american and japanese) and possibly other cool, 4-wheeled things.

Will trade for 80s-90s C10, K5 or Bronco!

One last shot here before I list it on the other sites. This car has been awesome and I wish I had room in the fleet, but too much monthly insurance means some cuts need to be made. Price dropped to 10K (also note the G8 steering wheel listed above now does not come with it). Please hit me up with any questions or if you want to see it. Again, fly in and drive it home no prob. AC is being spotty lately, but as it was repaired in my ownership already I cant imagine it would be a huge fix. Everything else remains the same as listed above.

I think you might be leaving some money on the table. If someone is looking for a Hugo with carpet, what you have it listed for is a deal. Auction prices are more than your asking price. I have a Hugo and it will be one of the last ones to go when the time comes.

@Sanford yeah - the idea was to make it enticing. I want to give back to the forum that helped me so much, but so far no interest. I’ve still only posted it here - i will move on to FB soon
