Just an FYI for anyone looking, Wayne is up in North Jersey, about 2hrs away from Philly. Punch up 07470. I work in the area and I'm interested to where it is located... not many seen up here outside of State Police and higher property tax towns.

For the area, if it's mechanically sound, that is IMO a nice deal.
