2011 Caprice minus drive train

Post by Fang »

I just purchased a 2011 Caprice that I will be using to transplant the motor, tranny and harness into another project. I would be willing to sell the rest of the car whole, it will have a clear Colorado title. The car was totaled due to hail damage, it has no structural damage from an accident. It was also stripped of some interior trim pieces by the department it came from for spares for their fleet. I won't pick it up until Friday, I will try and post some pictures of everything by the weekend.
Just wanted to see if their is any interest in the whole car to avoid having to part and ship so many pieces.

Let me know,

Thanks! Aron

what does something like that sell for even? Would seem like a great TV show project where they get a GM donated LS7 or something like that

Aron,

Just a recommendation, but float a price by the members for the car sans parts you're removing so that maybe someone would have some incentive to make you an offer. If you don't start a first price, chances you'll never have a negotiation. Just saying.... Also, a pic or 2 of the car when you pick it up would help.

GLWS,
Eric
