"The ONLY reason I'm selling is because it's black and I'm too lazy to keep it this clean all the time."
Lol.

"Paint is excellent with exception of very small rock chips in front portion of hood and front bumper from me driving it from CA to SC"
The car has 111,000 miles on it and it's 3,000 miles from CA to SC. Yeah, I'm sure no paint chips were caused by the other 108,000 miles that were put on the car. People are amazing.

KevinK thanks for your heartfelt input and I can't expect you to believe this but the car didn't have any paint imperfections except one door ding when I bought it in CA. If you've ever driven on Interstate 40 across CA, AZ, and TX you would know how big and hard the bugs are. That's the only thing I regret about driving it across the country. Other than that the trip was awesome and we had a great time seeing all the cool things along the way. And you are correct in laughing about the "tired of cleaning" part of my post. I've always heard black was a chore but now I know and I'm tired of it. I race a black 9C1 and just run it through the car wash, much easier but since they put fine scratches on cars I won't do this to the 9C3 after I had it professionally buffed. There are no swirls/scratches on this car.

FYI, mud flaps go along way to keeping a black car clean. They were one of the first mods I did. And, thanks for the nod a few months back regarding the SS sedan springs. I appreciate that.

Regards,

Maurice

I'm just giving you a hard time as stone chips definitely happen just driving around town. Black paint is the absolute worst to keep clean. I had a black 2013 Fusion and it would get dirty minutes after washing it. I got rid of that car, but not because it was black, but because it was the biggest POS I have ever owned. If I ever have a choice, I will never buy black again. My silver Caprice has been in the garage all winter getting dusty and it still looks basically clean.
