SOLD - One of kind, blower 9C3!

Post by leadfart »

I'm considering selling my 9C3. It was probably one of the first blower PPV's in the States. I bought it with an MSO title in October of 2011, with 2400 miles on it. It is in excellent condition and can be driven anywhere. It has just over 20k on the clock, all highway miles. With a few, just a few, trips to the track.

Mod list includes custom Maggie 2300 blower, and injectors. Kooks 1"7/8 headers, cats, x-pipe, into factory axle backs. It will come with two other axle backs, loud and louder. Rotofab CAI, Circle D baby stall, 2800, stock gears, r&red spare, stock differential.

Mod list continued, Caprice-V spoiler, Caprice-V wheels, spare wheels on drag radials, slicks, new, on Weld rims, body colored door handles, G8 non-sport leather steering wheel, Holden leather shift knob, Hold leather console, and of course custom programming via HPtuners.

It is fast, extremely fast. I recently had custom re-tune for the converter, done by the tuner who tuned the 10.1 second Chevrolet SS. Haven't been to the track on this tune, but should be good for low elevens, in good air. The car has been babied, it is not abused. I'm just ready for something else.

Several people on this board have ridden in and can attest to its condition!

Price is 25k, and trust me, you can't begin to duplicate this car, at that price. Negotiable, not much, but money talks. If no interest, I'll keep it. If you've read this far, thanks!

I have a one and half car garage, and I have Corvette Fever! But, if no one wants it, I will keep it. :D Just figured somebody on this forum could appreciate it. It's not listed, and won't be. 8-)

I believe you'd be much happier moving to a CTS-V.....have you sat in a Corvette lately? Don't get me wrong, they're nice, but, like me, I really think the fit of your physique and a sedan is going to be much better.

Oh, it won't be a new one! They are too small. I'm looking at low mileage 08, LS3, stick cars. I fit in them ok. Driven a few, maybe a Z06, that's had the valvetrain issue fixed. I'm just wanting a play Corvette, that I can DD.

But I won't keep both. :P

I would have been all over it last summer when I bought my car. Timing is everything! You could not build it for the asking price. Free bump

I'm looking to add an LSA but would consider a maggie if you are considering de-modding before the sale.

Appreciate the kind words. It's a good deal, but timing is everything. It is a hoot to drive, somebody buy it!

So the newest (C7) is less roomy or more difficult to get in/out of? That's a surprise.....
