Window stuck down

So I decided to replace my drivers side door panel with a better one. After replacing with the new panel the window will only go down and not up. I remove the switches from old door panel and swapped them over thinking it was a bad switch but still nothing. I then removed the window regulator and replaced with another one off of my parts car. It will go down but will not go up just like the old one. Does anybody have any thoughts of what I could be missing? I do not see any cuts in the electrical after removing the protective boot and inspecting the electrical in between the door and body of the car

I would try opening and closing the door while you have the window switch is on the up position. As mentioned many other times, the wiring has a tendency to break under the rubber boot between the door and the pillar. I have had to repair broken wiring on about five different cars. The last one had about 8 broken wires, causing all kind of weird problems. I just swapped a surplus harness and will repair the damaged harness on the bench.

Got it fixed thanks for the info
Here’s a couple of pics of the harness taken out and where the wire was damaged. It can be removed by pulling the plugs out of the hole in the body. You do not have to remove anything from the inside of the car to get to them
