All electrical faults flashing

Hey guys first post here. I picked up a 2012 ppv yesterday and drove it 4 hours home no problem. Went to tinker on it today and now it’s flashing faults for literally everything. Any idea where to start looking on the wiring?

It starts and runs but every warning light is on? That what you are saying?

Yes it starts and runs fine however it cycles through on the dash and shows faults for everything.Some of the guys on Facebook suggested a bad ground and I just got home from my hitch to check it out and see.
