2013 9C1 Power Window Circuit problems.

I have a short to ground concern with the windows on my 9C1. I rarely drive the car. After a few months of idleness, decided I would start the engine and while letting it warm, I decided to lower the windows. They did not respond. I ckd, the fuse for the power window control (2amp) it was fine. Checked the 20 amp. circuit breaker for the window motors and it was open. I have studied the Wiring Diagram and have knowledge of the wire colors and associated items. Checked the wire paths with a cable tracker and DVOM to a point. Found a suspicious OHM reading on my meter that appears to be a grounded wire in the circuit (Dk. Grn.) I have pulled the instrument panel fuse block out for inspection and see no issues. Also disconnected the driver and passenger door switches also the power window control module. Basically I believe all that is left in that part of the circuit is the fuse panel and associated Dk. Grn. wiring. My question after all of that is whether anyone has had a challenge with the power windows. This car has a little over 62000 miles and have probably driven it 300 miles since I purchased it in Aug. 2017. It sits in my driveway, so this just appeared out of nowhere. Thanks for any tips.

Thanks for the reply. I have a short to ground. The circuit is not open. It causes the 20 amp circuit breaker to cycle. I am looking for a wire that is grounding out. I will keep looking.
