I just changed out the battery on my wife's 2011 and the running battery voltage was 15.3 at the battery using an old Fluke digital volt/ohm meter. Most GM automotive alternators for the last 40 years have been temperature compensated, so they usually have higher voltage when the car is first started and during cool weather. It was about 40F last night when I swapped the battery and I did not check it after the car had run for at least one cooling fan cycle. I did not look at the DIC in the car so I don't know if it showed close to the same voltage as the Fluke.
