I’m hoping can help me. I just got my radio back from White’s and I found the USB connector and plugged my phone into and nothing…. The USB icon is still greyed out. Any suggestions?

Just as a quick test you can use a USB flash drive with some MP3 files loaded and see if the radio recognizes it. Also check the rear of your radio to make sure the USB cable is well seated. If this doesn't work try to factory reset the radio. If it's still grayed out after those brief checks, you will need to contact White's back and go from there.

Good luck!
