I thought I was having issues with the radio. I just wasn't familiar with what it was doing. It's working perfectly, in fact I just connected the USB and AUX cables and can't be happier with the function of the radio. I think it's worth the pain of taking the dash apart and the money Chris is asking. My only problem appears to be an email issue. I'm going to the dealer tomorrow for an oil change and will show them the instructions I've gathered on cleaning up the BCM errors and getting the remote start enabled.
