Holden HSV steering wheel airbag horn pad cover

Post by OldCaprice14 »

I found a pretty good price on a Holden steering wheel airbag horn pad cover. I just put it on. I had to take the old cover off which is what the fabric airbag is resting in. https://www.ebay.com/itm/294962575009
I think it looks pretty good.

Yeah not my first choice, because I bought the Holden grille, trunk badge and center caps. They are the regular Holden logo. I didn't want to spend $300-$500 on an imported airbag. So it works for me. They shipped from Texas. Makes me wonder why they have so many of those in the US. I wonder if the airbags are made in Mexico for all GM cars or something. Obviously not the exploding bit from Takata, but maybe the covers are assembled in North America.
