I found this method helpful when installing the front bumper cover (solo):
Once in place, install one of the (4) plastic rivets to keep the cover from falling off. Loosen the inner fender liners more by removing the T-20 torx screws attached to the lower deflector (2 each side). Slightly seat the nuts in the cover and start the bolts (see picture). Slide the cover into the slots in the fender. Hold the cover in place while tightening the screws you already started.
