Is there a write up or could someone provide instructions on removing the shifter and trim pictured below?

There is some preliminary steps in this TSB on how to remove the shifter all together. Does not go into the trim too much but you should be able to see how that comes up no?

Shifter itself is held in by 4 bolts that go through the body. You need to get under the car to remove the 4 bolts. Also remove the one bolt holding the shifter rod to the shifter assembly. Make sure your parking brake is on before you do this as you will likely have to shift the transmission rod out of park in order to remove the shifter assembly!

I didn't need to remove anything else from underneath to get to it, just some extensions and some swivels to reach the bolts.
