HSV Grange grille - looks interesting

Post by Navy Lifer »

Grille mod for future consideration:

HSV Grange WN (Gen-F) shows a neat recessed grille treatment with floating HSV logo - then imagine using the Corvette Racing "Jake" skull (mascot) logo in place of the HSV logo, as a CNC billet piece....link to grille below - it's in there, just keep looking!
http://www.hsv.com.au/Gen-F/see/Grange/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

"Jake" logo:

Examples of sources for emblem:

http://www.billetbadges.com/products_custom/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Imagine as "Jake" instead of this:

Well, scratch the HSV Grange grille, unless I'm able to score one for "cheap" from a wreck survivor--exorbitantly expensive!

Got some other ideas.....

Hey Bill,

I have already sourced a regular Holden Caprice grille/griffin through CP, sitting in my garage awaiting installation. I'll post pics when done.

Look forward to seeing pics, that will be a first.

The badge depicts a lion. According to the story, somebody observed a lion rolling a rock and this gave the inspiration for the invention of the wheel.
