New Caprice - Discussion forums

Good morning from Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia and thanks for the add.

My 12/15 sold '16 Holden WN2 Caprice in Phantom Black with factory sunroof...this is my second one, my first was a '10 that I retired in 2015 with 180k miles. I use mine as a corporate livery limo sedan here and its much loved by my clients.

I also worked in holden dealers for 13yrs and know these pretty well. Happy to help out.

I think I know the answer but lemme ask you...

There is no such thing as a "factory" blackout trim part for the Caprice, correct? I know the G8 and SS (I would imagine VE and VF commodore over there?) had them, but I never saw and would imagine don't believe the Caprice has one...

Not to cut in front of the new guy, but, Welcome to the group, Looking forward to your insight regarding Holden! There was a paint to match grill surround available for the Caprice. I had it painted to match along with the side repeaters and trunk lip spoiler.

I do have one question. How has the supply of parts been? Although some part are available from the US, others, like those needed for center console conversions, are from Oz.
