Oshkosh, WI 2014 Caprice

Post by biozach » Sat Mar 17, 2018 5:01 pm

Hello everyone,

My name is Zach and I just bought this 2014 Chevrolet Caprice around two weeks ago. The car was originally from Kent County Police Department and so hasn't seen any winters with salt so far. It currently has ~117,000 miles, with a DOD delete and tune, but other than that is stock. I'm not sure how quickly I'll be changing things on the vehicle, but I'd like to eventually swap some interior bits with SS parts, refresh the engine with a different cam/lifters, change up the wheels, and overall put the car on a bit of a diet. I'm glad to see there's such a supportive community surrounding these cars!

I apologize in advance if my wife waxes your '14 with her Alto Grey '12 in Oshkosh. She seems to think the throttle is an on/off switch. :P

That's alright, Jim, 90% of the time I drive like a grandma on her way to church anyway. I'd like to see your 2012 though!
