I have a chance to buy four Corvette Z06 wheels at a great price with tires and wondering if anyone has checked the fitment of these on a Caprice or seen them on a G8.
The fronts are 18x9.5 with 275/35-18
The rears are 19x12 with 325/30-19

Re: Will Corvette Z06 wheels fit
wheel bolt pattern is not the same sir.... they use 5x4.75 on those? we have a 5x120 metric version?

Re: Will Corvette Z06 wheels fit
even IF one chooses to "overlook" the 0.65mm (4.72 vs 4.75) stud pattern difference, the offset of the front Z06 wheel is 40mm--it would be very dicey to fit in the WM/WN (or VE/VF) front wheel opening. I'm currently using an aftermarket 19 x 8.5 with +38mm, and I can't see a 9.5 +40mm being very user friendly.
The difference in stud pattern is enough to create lug nut contact and proper torque loading issues on the machined seats in the wheels a "no-go" for me.
The option with 4.75/120.65 wheels is to have the wheel pattern corrected.

The alternative would be to come up with another hub (with 4.75" pattern) to replace stock hubs, or to modify a set of OE hubs to the correct pattern.
A hub-centric ring will also be needed for proper wheel center alignment/support.
FWIW, I actually have 4 new OE front Z06 wheels, so I've looked at this and decided not to pursue the matter.

you can but its no fun! Ive got about 30 hours in making them fit. right now im still running a smaller 305/30/19 and the wheel rubs on the inside and outside with a 5mil spacer. At the end of the day i need to cut and section the rear lower control arm and move the coilover mounting bracket becuase the wheels go so far in to the wheel well it hits it. Over the winter Im going to try and massage a 325/30/19 in there but I dont know if i can.
the difference in lug pattern isnt anything to even worry about. Id confidently do 200 with these wheels on the car.

It looks a bit low in the back for my liking, but otherwise looks pretty bada$$.
It needs a boot spoiler. Email CP!!
